Painter, sculptor, and printmaker, José Luis Rodríguez Guerra has been a resident of the Pacific Northwest for the past forty years. He has skillfully advanced the arts in our region with his artwork, as a former member of the Seattle Arts Commission, and as a curator, founder and director of the Art Attack Alternative Space in Boise, Idaho, and in Seattle, Washington. Besides his own artwork, over the years he has managed exhibitions of works by many artists, including renowned American masters such as Sam Francis, and Ed and Nancy Kienholz, as well as Mexican masters like Rivera, Siqueiros, Orozco, Tamayo, and many other distinguished figures
