Art Walk Tonight is a monthly event that takes place in the historic Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle. This beloved event offers a unique and engaging way to experience the city’s art scene, with live music, entertainment, and the chance to discover and purchase art from a diverse array of local artists.
Founded in 2018 by Lloyd Gregory of PictureSeattle.Online and now part of Cloudy & Cool Productions, Art Walk Tonight showcases the work of emerging and established artists in galleries and shops throughout Pioneer Square. Visitors can stroll through the neighborhood’s charming streets, enjoy live music and performances, and explore a variety of art galleries, studios, and shops, all through the comfort of their own internet.
At Art Walk Tonight, visitors can expect to find a wide range of artistic styles and mediums, including painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed media. The event offers a platform for local artists to showcase their work, while also providing a vibrant and engaging experience for art enthusiasts and collectors.
Art Walk Tonight takes place at a roving location in Pioneer Square on the first Thursday of each month, rain or shine, starting at 5pm. The event is usually free to attend and open to all ages while also streamed to youtube and facebook. Visitors are encouraged to explore the neighborhood, discover new artists, and support the local art scene by purchasing artwork directly from the artists and share their experiences in an interactive format.
In addition to the art and entertainment, Art Walk Tonight also offers the chance to showcase the unique history and architecture of Pioneer Square. As Seattle’s first neighborhood, Pioneer Square is home to a wealth of beautiful and historic buildings, as well as a thriving community of artists and makers.
Whether you’re a seasoned art collector or simply looking for a fun and engaging way to experience Seattle’s art scene, Art Walk Tonight is not to be missed. Join us on the first Thursday of each month and discover the vibrant and creative community of Pioneer Square.
