Before moving to the PNW I had the opportunity to stay with a friend on Nickerson, near the Fremont Canal. I was already in love with the scene but this spring morning, walking to work like a local, I saw a new and different side to Seattle. A city bursting with color under a canopy of gray. The architecture, the landscaping, everything was foreign to me. It was a walk I wanted to remember.
